HOW RESERVATIONS WORK:

We offer 83 sites. Online reservations are required prior to arriving at the resort and work as follows:

• Sites will open weekly on Mondays at 9pm* for the current week; Tuesday through Monday. *Sites will open on Dec 16 for the Christmas holiday period (Dec 17 - Jan 6)

• If the date you were hoping to reserve is sold out, you still have a chance to reserve it on Monday night at 9pm of the week of your desired date. 50% of our spots come into the pool every *Monday. If you are still unable to find a spot, check the website throughout the week for cancellations. These go live as soon as a cancellation is processed, and there is no waitlist.

• High demand for reservations: Please note, your reservation is not guaranteed or completed until you reach the reservation confirmation page after the payment processing page.

• If White Pass RV lot is full, consider reserving at either Cascade Peaks located 27 miles west of the summit or Silver Beach 9 miles east of the summit.

LOGISTICS:

• 35 30-foot spaces

• 19 40-foot spaces

• 29 50-foot spaces

There are no hook-ups available.  Spaces are 16 feet wide. Online reservations are required and there is no overflow parking. If you do not have a reservation, please do not bring your RV to White Pass.

RATES:

• A spots are L30’ x W16’ $38

• B spots are L40’ x W16’ $43

• C spots are L50’ xW16’  $48

• Extra vehicles are $15.00 per night when made with reservation. $20 on-site day of. (See Policy and Expectations Information for more details)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT OUR RV PARKING

You must read and understand all of our policies to camp in the White Pass RV Lot. This ensures that you and your fellow guests have the best possible experience at White Pass!

White Pass Winter RV Lot Policies and Expectations 

General Information and Policies 

• Online reservations are required prior to arrival. You must have a reservation before pulling into the lot. The only place for overnight camping at the White Pass Ski Area is in a numbered RV spot with a reservation. Tents on the ground are not permitted.

• Tents, snow caves or igloos are not permitted for overnight use in the White Pass Ski area boundaries.

• The reservation holder is responsible for their guests. Please educate any guests on our policies and etiquette in the RV lot. Any violations will be recorded against the reservation holder.

• 50% of the sites open on Oct 22nd, 2024, at 10am for the entire season. 

• The remaining sites will open weekly on Monday evening at 9pm* for the current week; Tuesday through Monday. *Sites will open on Dec 16 for the Christmas holiday period (Dec 17 - Jan 6)  

• Reservations are non-transferable and cannot be resold, traded, or given to anyone else. Maximum 1 site per household per night. Failure to comply will result in all participating parties’ expulsion from the White Pass RV Lot and they forfeit any existing reservations. Additionally, they will be prohibited from making any new reservations for 12 months from the date of the infraction.

• Payment is due upon reservation. White Pass will place a locking boot on RVs/vehicles that fail to properly pay. There is a $150 fee to have the boot removed, in addition to the regular overnight fee. 

• Check-in time is 5pm to 9pm, or after 8am the following morning if unable to make evening check-in times.  Check-out time is by 4pm. If you plan to arrive before the 5pm check-in, please reserve the previous night in order to guarantee yourself a spot to park upon arrival. There is no overflow parking while you wait for your reservation.

• You must email and cancel the reservation if unable to make it. Two no-shows without cancellation will result in existing reservations being canceled and no further bookings being allowed for 12 months from the date of the infraction.

• When necessary, the RV Lot will be closed on Tuesday nights from 4pm until Wednesday at 5pm for snow removal and maintenance.  (No closures during holiday periods.) This is a very rare occurrence reserved for periods of very heavy snowfall.

• Maximum stay of 13 nights over a 30-day period, per RV. 

• Maximum capacity of 6 people per site. 

• There are no hookups. 

• Generators must be inverter style only. No open frame / contractor type. Decibel limit of 70db

• All onboard generators must have a smokestack equipped to ensure the safety and mitigation of dangerous fumes.

• You are responsible for selecting the correct spot for the size of your RV. If you exceed the site size requirement, you will forfeit your site, fee, and reservation.

• Each RV is allowed one additional vehicle. If you have a motorhome or truck camper, you are allowed one free additional vehicle. If you are towing a trailer, the tow vehicle is the additional vehicle. Your RV & additional vehicle must fit within your site. 

• Maximum of 2 vehicles in a site at any given time. No parking outside of your designated reservation spot. This includes all guests for any duration.

• Any extra overnight vehicles must obtain a parking pass for $15.00 per night when made with reservation or $20 on-site day of. The parking pass must be displayed on the driver's side dash. White Pass will place a locking boot on vehicles that fail to properly pay. There is a $150 fee to have the boot removed, in addition to the regular fee. (Please see the attendant when arriving for parking pass and location.) 

• Your vehicles’ license plates must be included when making a reservation. 

• RVs left vacant for more than 12 hours will be towed at the owner’s expense. 

• All pets must be on a physically tethered leash that does not exceed 6 feet in length at all times in all areas at White Pass. Owners must clean up after pets. Maximum of 2 pets per site. Any violations will be recorded against the reservation holder. The second violation will result in the reservation holder’s forfeit of existing reservations and the prohibition of making new ones for 12 months from the date of the infraction.

Refund Policies 

• A full refund may be given within 24 hours after purchase. 

• 50% refund up to 72 hours after purchase. No refund if within 72 hours of reservation date. 

• Full refunds will be given in the event of resort closure or extended road closures. 

• For reservation cancellation, please respond to confirmation email.  

RV Lot Expectations and Etiquette 

• Quiet time is 10pm to 6:30am. All generators, music, and any other disturbances must be silenced during these hours.

• Be courteous to your RV neighbors and White Pass personnel. 

• Be sensitive to your RV neighbor’s space - minimize exhaust, smoke, BBQ, fires, and other inhalants that negatively impact your RV neighbors. You will need to shut off your generator or put out fires if considered a health issue or significant nuisance to your neighbor.

• Neighboring sites are not to be used as extra storage, regardless of the state of that site’s reservation.

• Campfires are allowed and must be in a raised fire pit a safe distance away from any RV. Firepits may not be left in the roadway or neighboring spots overnight.

• Fires may not be left unattended and must be completely put out when done.

• No Fireworks allowed. Anyone caught lighting fireworks on Forest Service land will be banned from White Pass.

• RVs should be prepared to move for snow removal when asked. 

• RV sites must be kept free of trash. Any garbage not in a designated receptacle is considered litter and can be recorded against the reservation holder.

• If a request is made of you by an RV attendant or staff member, please comply. Threats or verbal abuse are not tolerated. Any violations will be recorded against the reservation holder. This includes any guests determined to be using your site.

• Violation of these policies or expectations will result in the reservation holder being banned from using the RV lot for 12 months.
