White Pass is hiring for all positions. Whether you enjoy working in our many food & beverage locations or prefer working outdoors we have a place for everyone! Our employees receive a season pass, access to rentals and lessons, and lift ticket privileges at most Pacific Northwest ski areas.

Brews Brats and Boards

Saturday December 7th, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Enjoy live music, sip local craft beverages, and sample a variety of gourmet brats and Melinda's famous pizza while we kick off ski season in style. Proceeds from this event fund the White Pass Ski Patrol.

New York New Year's Eve

Tuesday December 31st, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Join us for our NY NYE PARTY - we celebrate with NYC at 9 pm pacific time so you'll still catch first chair on New Year's Day!  Welcome back Merritt and Bill with Genesis Entertainment with the tunes. Night Skiing from 2 pm until 8 pm.

Day Lodge will be open to the public.

Beers with Friends

Weekly on Fridays starting January 24th through February 28th, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM

We love to hang out with our friends in the local brewing industry and sample their latest beers! Join us Fridays for all your skiing, snowboarding, and beer sampling need!

Pond Skim

Looking for an exciting and thrilling way to celebrate ski season? Look no further than our annual ski and snowboard pond skim event!

Join us on April 19 from Noon until 1:30 pm for a wild ride across the picturesque WP pond! Watch as skiers and snowboarders attempt to glide across the pond, testing their skills and showing off their best tricks.
