White Pass Nordic Center
Glide along perfectly groomed trails through old growth forest, take in majestic views of the stunning Cascade Crest and realize that a day at the Nordic Center is winter recreation at its best.
The White Pass Nordic Center staff would like to welcome you to the quiet side of the ski area. We maintain 26 kilometers of trail that provide a variety of terrain suitable for beginning through expert cross-country skiers. We offer rental equipment for cross-country skiing, skate skiing, snowshoeing, and fat biking. We encourage you to browse our small retail center at the yurt. You'll also find our yurt to be a relaxing spot where you can grab a snack and catch up with friends and family upon your return to the trailhead.

There is light rain off and on this morning with a strong western wind that has been gradually decreasing. Forecasts are calling for the precipitation to continue today with winds tapering off throughout the day. Talus Slope is CLOSED today.
The Nordic Center Facilities are open Friday-Monday with trails groomed.
The Nordic Center is closed Tuesday-Thursday. Trails are un-groomed and open for use.

All trails are groomed except for the Talus Slope, which remains closed today. The overnight wind event has blown debris onto the trails, but the trails remain passable and soft. Above freezing temps have rendered the conditions too soft for bikes today.
The Nordic Center will close for the season on April 7th, with one final courtesy grooming on April 12th.

Lessons are available each day we are open at 10 am and Noon. Feel free to simply arrive about 30 minutes early if you are renting gear. Walk-in group lessons are available; however, we highly recommend calling to reserve private lessons. 509.672.3101 x6.

DOGGIE HOUR - White Pass Nordic Center allows leashed dogs beginning at 3:30 pm. Dogs are not permitted on the track or snowshoe trails before that time.
