WHY CAN'T I purchase tickets for the date i select?
If you are unable to purchase tickets for the date you select, it is because those tickets are sold out.. Or if you are searching pre-season, the tickets are not available, yet.
ADVANCED LIFT TICKET PURCHASE
To guarantee a lift ticket for any given day, advanced lift ticket purchase is required. We still do walk up ticket sales on days that we have tickets available, but once we reach our maximum capacity of sales, we can no longer sell any tickets. It is highly recommended to purchase online in advance. Weekends can sell out days, if not weeks in advance. You can purchase lift tickets in our eStore. We transitioned to a new ticketing system for '23/'24 so RFID cards from the prior years no longer work. The new white and purple RFID Card will be good for years to come.
RESERVATIONS
White Pass does not take reservations for any lift ticket or package, We REQUIRE advanced lift ticket purchase online. NOTE: Private lessons do not include a lift ticket so be sure you have a ticket before booking your private lesson. If you are looking for lodging, please consult the Village Inn directly, they are a separate entity.
Gift cards and resort credit
This season we are operating on a split system. Meaning, our food and beverage services were not able to be updated to our new point of sale system. Gift Cards are good for food and beverage and in the retail shop. They can be converted to Resort Credit by either calling, or stopping by the ticket booth. Resort Credit can be used for tickets, lessons, rentals, and retail, but is not available for use on any food and beverage services.

HALF-DAY TICKETS

We assess parking, Day Lodge crowds, and on hill conditions daily to determine if we are able to open up more half day tickets. This decision is usually made between 10:00am and 11:00am. Those potentially added half day tickets go on sale at 12:15 which become valid for use at 12:30.
