Team White Pass offers competitive teams as well as non-competitive programs that allow kids ages 6-18 to enjoy winter sports in the mountains. Our Alpine, Freeride, Nordic, and Snowboard teams, along with our Development Team and Carve Crew programs offer young athletes the opportunity to build skills, confidence and a lifelong love of the mountains.

Team White Pass offers opportunities for youth to ski and ride in a variety of programs! Learn more about our Team White Pass Alpine, Freeride, Nordic, and Snowboard programs. Our Alpine and Freeride athletes typically begin with our Development Team for ages 7–11. Some athletes may have the skills and experience to move directly into the U12 Buddy Werner Team, U14 Alpine Race Team, Carve Crew, or Freeride Team. Not sure which program is the best fit?
