20/21 COVID-19 Season Pass Purchase Assurance
While White Pass fully expects to operate for the 2020 / 2021 season; we realize that there may be challenges to operation due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We want to assure you that we will do our best to get you on the hill as early and as often as possible.
- First, we want to make sure that you’re comfortable using your pass. If, for any reason, you decide to defer use of your pass until the 2021/22 season, simply make your request via email to TIckets@skiwhitepass.com by January 15, 2021. Deferral is only available for passes that have never been used.
- If government officials prevent us from operating we will automatically make all season passes valid for the 2021/22 season.
- If we experience intermittent operation we will credit your season pass account towards a 2021/22 season pass as follows:
Less than 20 days of operation 80% credit
20 - 39 days of operation 60% credit
40 - 59 days of operation 40% credit
60 - 79 days of operation 20% credit
80 or more days of operation - 0 credit - What is the operations plan? Good question. We are working with our association of Washington ski areas and with the National Ski Areas Association in concert with the State of Washington and county officials in order to come up with a plan that that state can approve. As soon as we have that information, it will be posted here.
