Procedure for January 13th ticket holders

Tickets for January 13th will be valid on any future mid-week day (except for the MLK and Presidents' Mondays) during the 2020/21 season. Please follow these instructions for ticket validation: If you purchased a NEW ticket or if you reloaded an existing ticket, please bring your barcode or ticket to any ticket window. Our staff will validate and reissue a ticket for the day. (The kiosk will not be able to accept these expired tickets) All purchasers must visit our ticket window. Our gates will not recognize or accept your ticket until our staff has re-validated it. Thank you!

WHY CAN'T I SELECT THE DATE ON THE TICKET PURCHASE PAGE?

If the date you hover over cannot be selected, that date is SOLD OUT.  Please choose another day.  

ADVANCED LIFT TICKET PURCHASE IS REQUIRED

Visitors must purchase a date-specific lift ticket ONLINE before coming to the ski area.  Please consider your purchase carefully; day tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.  If you are taking a group or private lesson, you MUST purchase a lift ticket in advance. Lift tickets available HERE.  Remember, if you are reloading, go direct-to-lift; if you are purchasing a NEW smart card lift ticket you will receive an email at 4am on the date you selected with your unique barcode.  Scan the code at our ticket kiosk at the back of the Ticket Booth or jump in line at one of our windows at the front and we'll take care of you!

RESERVATIONS

White Pass does not take reservations for any lift ticket or package, We REQUIRE advanced lift ticket purchase online.  We only take reservations for PRIVATE LESSONS.  Reserve a private lesson HERE. NOTE:  Private lessons do not include a lift ticket so be sure you have a ticket before booking your private lesson.   If you are looking for lodging, please consult the Village Inn directly, they are a separate entity.

HOW CAN I USE A GIFT CARD TO PURCHASE A LIFT TICKET ONLINE?

We are so sorry that this is difficult.  With COVID regulations forcing us to move to online day ticket sales late in the fall, our gift card system is not technically capable of communicating with our online day ticket sales.  Here's the work-around.  Please call our ticket booth between 11:30 and 3 pm and we can complete your purchase using your gift card by phone.  Call 509.672.3101 x2.  Thank you!

SEASON PASS PICK UP

If you are picking up your season pass, please enter our Day Lodge through the main, HWY 12 entrance.  Pass pick up will be just through the double doors then to the right.  Check in with our host if you notice a line.  You can also grab a spot in the virtual line from the comfort of your vehicle. HALF-DAY TICKETS

Half-day lift tickets are not currently available.  Please check back often since we anticipate this may change for mid-week operation later this season.

LESSONS

Group lessons and lesson packages are available daily on a walk-in basis. Group lesson tickets are available at our ticket booth or at the rental shop. All Rental/Lesson/Lift Packages should be purchased in our RENTAL SHOP (learn more about our rental shop's  virtual line).  Please note:  all group and private lessons require online lift ticket purchase in advance (unless you are purchasing an all-inclusive rental/lesson/lift package)  LEARN MORE >

RENTAL

We do not take advanced reservations for ski or snowboard rental.  With our daily ticket allotment in place, there is no concern for selling out of rental equipment at this time.  Please review our VIRTUAL RENTAL LINE procedure HERELEARN MORE >

NORDIC

The Nordic Center is open Thursday - Sunday and Holidays (the Mondays of the Martin Luther King and Presidents' 3-day holiday weekends)  NO ADVANCED RESERVATION OR TICKET PURCHASE REQUIRED.  Please proceed directly to our trailhead for trail pass purchase.  Rental equipment is also available and access to our rental yurt will be metered.  Look for our host at the trailhead and they will assist you!  LEARN MORE >

TUBING

The Tubing Center is open Wednesdays and Fridays 11:30 and 2 pm sessions as well as Saturday, Sunday and Holidays (the Mondays of the Martin Luther King and Presidents' 3-day holiday weekends)  NO ADVANCED RESERVATIONS REQUIRED.  Please proceed directly to the tubing area adjacent to LOT C for ticket and tube rental.  Look for our host at the tubing area and they will assist you!  LEARN MORE >

MILITARY

White Pass offers the military rate at our ticket window daily (no reservations or advanced purchase - we have accounted for military use in our daily ticket allotment based upon a decade of data on use) when you show acceptable ID: Military members Active, Reserve, National Guard, Coast Guard and 100% Service Connected Disabled with the DAVPRM code on their military issued ID, DD Form 1173 or DD Form 2765 (1 ticket per ID) Contractors & DOD not eligible.

CHILD CARE

Our child care facility is closed due to COVID.

4-PACK, EZ, CRUISER, & TICKETS FROM LAST SEASON

White Pass will honor tickets and packages that were unused last season through January 31, 2021.  No advanced notice is required on your part.  Simply proceed directly to our ticket booth to have your product reactivated for this season.  Thank you!

SKI EXCHANGE PROGRAMS - INDY PASS, POWDER ALLIANCE, SISTER RESORTS

Please come to the ticket window to pick up your lift ticket.  We have a decade of data that has allowed us to include this use in our daily ticket allotment.  PLEASE, believe us, there is no need to call or email to confirm.  Your program will be honored at our ticket window based upon the rules that have been in effect.  Consult the program website or your home resort website for details.
